Fall is in full swing (well, in some cities...) 🍂

September 22nd brought the Autumnal Equinox signifying a change of season, and what better time to reset. Choose a new wellness goal or dig deeper into your current wellness routine.

Do you make new goals for yourself each season? Or even air out the house, rearrange furniture, do a quick or deep clean?

Being based in Nashville, it can be pretty dang hot here in the summer. Finally, the evenings are cooling down, and it's been a great time to take a daily walk after dinner. Take some breaths and spend time outside thinking.

8. RADICALLY CHANGE YOUR DIET

Eat organic where it counts. Increase plant-based foods. Reduce consumption of processed foods. Limit alcohol. Omit sweets. Increase your intake of fresh vegetables and fruit.

Every BODY is different and requires (to a degree) a variety of nutrients to function optimally. With many food allergies and sensitivities out there, it may do your body good to try new things. Really think about what goes in your body as much as you think about what's happening outside of your body.
