You don’t always have to spend money to make money.

In fact…

It’s often the biggest mistake a new business owner can make.

On the surface it looks like shiny object syndrome. Thinking you can buy your way into success by switching strategy (and tools, team & tactics)

Or it looks like buying back your time without doing the upfront work of building (and understanding) the underlying system. I see this when an entrepreneur thinks they can simply hire someone to run paid ads to grow their business without FIRST building a functioning acquisition system.

Where is it the worst?
