✨A deeply experiential workshop co-created by Sonia Fernandez Le Blanc and Maria Brannon | Iridescent Knowing. The inaugural voyage will take place Sunday, November 6th from 3:30-6:30pm at Art & Soul, an expressive art studio, on Sidco Drive in Nashville. Space will be very limited as we want to keep this event small and sacred.

🍂We will connect with our own visionary knowing, beloved ancestral energy, and learn about tarot as a radical, soul-centered, movement work, as led by Sonia Fernández LeBlanc. Her unique Tarot for the Revolutions tells the story of the journey of our soul’s knowing through the archetypal energies universal to the Major Arcana integrating the internal lessons and practices offered through the 4 suites of the Minor Arcana, grounding into spiritual sovereignty on this earth, honoring the deep well of emotions that signify our human experience, and balancing our intuitive and intellectual self, so that we may honor our embodied divinity.

🍂We will overlay the Fool's journey upon the wheel of the year and delve into the major arcana archetypes and suites that correspond to support us in the darkening season upon us. We will be connecting with energy from the first half of the Major Arcana 1-12, the Pentacles and Cups during our time together this Fall.

🎶During our workshop Maria will be facilitating sacred sound pauses and intuitively channeled vocal activations that tap into soul-nourishing divine love, with a longer soundbath journey toward the second half of our time together.

🍃In the Spring, we will offer The Lightening, an opportunity to complete the wheel with the second half of the Majors, Swords and Wands.

from our time away in the woods. It was wonderful to step away from social media and devices and just play, listen, be still and laugh a lot together. We had magical visits from a bald eagle(twice), bear, raccoon, deer, red tail hawk, lizards, black snake and more….a woodland adventure to remember.

Not quite ready to return to normal schedules, but wanted to pop in to share a reminder about a really cool collaboration happening next Sunday, Nov 6th, with my friend and there are still spots available for the adventure.

We’re combining our mutual love of tarot, storytelling, archetypes and sound to explore the turning of the season in a fun and interactive way.

Accidentally sort of threw my phone into a glass pane trying to catch this shot yesterday during the storm that blew through. ⛈The Gulch has so many mirrored buildings, it was striking to see the still very blue sky reflecting within the coming storm. My phone and the glass pane are fine. 😅

This wildflower patch we’ve gently nurtured the past 2 years brings SO much joy.

Never know what will pop up next with the seed mixes we’ve sown, but they are all a delight. Each of them has their own divine timing of fluorescence, just like each of us have divine timing to allow our gifts to naturally bloom without guilt or shame, without striving or pushing to be something before we’re ready.

Each detail of a flower is a miracle and so are YOU.

Karen Renée and I are thrilled to share that the next "SoundBath & Vocal Activation" evening will be Friday, May 6th from 7-9pm at the beautiful OnTrack Studios in Franklin, TN!

Based on feedback we received from our first sold out gathering, we are now holding this on a Friday evening and are extending the experience to 2 hours, to provide more time and space for integration during and over the weekend.

OnTrack Studios is an inspired space for painting, sculpture, photography, and music. With creativity flourishing within this place and on the land, we are excited to bring awareness to this treasured space on the boarder of Brentwood & Franklin.

Join Maria and Karen Renée for this unique restorative, sensory, sound journey experience. Unwind and untangle energetic blocks that are holding you back from your highest potential. Allow your body to move into a state of deep, profound relaxation. 🎶Then experience special vocal activation techniques designed to free your unique sound and harmonize your own body and being.

🪐✨Each session will be cosmically aligned and attuned for the shifts that we are individually and collectively undertaking. This offering will be focused on GK 2: Unity (Dislocation, Orientation) and GK 23: Quintessence (Complexity, Simplicity) inspired by the teachings of Human Design and The Gene Keys.
