Proffitt Dixon Partners Celebrates Official Opening of Chamberlain House with Ribbon Cutting

Proffitt Dixon Partners hosted guests at a ribbon cutting celebration of Chamberlain House, a multi-family development on 2nd Avenue in Germantown. The celebration included excellent charcuterie boards and selection of non-alcoholic beverages, wine and champagne. A tattoo artist was on-hand providing flash tattoos. Personalized bandanas, karaoke and other activities completed the event.

Chamberlain House sits on the greenway, and its amenities include a fitness center, Peloton room, massage chairs, large outdoor dog park, outdoor pool, and a rooftop deck. A few months after opening, it is already 60% occupied. Proffitt Dixon Partners has plans to begin Phase 2 of the project.
