We want to inform the public of a “tech support” scam that is going around recently. I know many are familiar with companies pretending to be Microsoft, but this applies to other companies too, in this case Quickbooks. It is rare that any software vendor will contact you wanting control of your computer so please be on the lookout for these kinds of scams. You can always ask them to send you an email so that you can verify their legitimacy by seeing their domain on their email address. Or of course don’t hesitate to reach out if you are in question of a vendors legitimacy.

I have a significant portion of North Main and other outlying areas in Nashville that are sending me alerts this morning due to a SWEPCO outage. If you utilize our phone system/services, your failover systems are functioning as intended. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any adjustments to call routing. If you are undecided about opening this morning and need confirmation on the status of your systems, feel free to reach out.
