Give your best each day. You won’t always feel like you did, because some days your best may just be that you made it through a tough one.

Accept your mistakes made. Everyone grows from their mistakes and those who attack you for yours have surely made many more that they hide because they’re ashamed of not looking like perfection occurred overnight.

Ensure your priorities are always God and family first. That’s the sturdiest foundation you can stand on.

Be careful of who you trust. If you see someone always talking and it’s either a complaint on other people or gossip — they probably talk about you too.

Let go of anger towards people. They probably treated you poorly because of their own inner issues. It’s not an excuse, but rather the truth.

Find something to be thankful for each day. There’s always something.

Some days, out of the blue and after many good ones, you feel like a broken mess.

To those who relate, you’re not alone. Today I fought crying over a missed exit, a torn trash bag, Wendy’s forgetting my dressing, and physically as well as emotionally not being able to be on my A game all day. My anxiety peaked raising my heart rate to a resting rate of 113 (thx Apple Watch), my nervous habits hit, and though I didn’t go over my calories, I totally devoured three chocolate Twix eggs for comfort.

The good news: Gods mercies are new every day and a bad day doesn’t mean a bad life.

God uses brokenness more than whole 💓💕

The main thing is to NOT carry today into tomorrow ❤️
