is one of my favorite poets. This quote has stuck with me over the years. It essentially means that if you go through life resisting every change, every challenge, then you are resisting your own evolution. If you can't deal with the daily struggle, if you tend to overreact when you find yourself outside of your comfort zone, how can you expect to grow? Life isn't easy, but if you change the way you look at struggles and challenges, you improve your own life and the lives of others. 💜

Taking a rough logo concept from a client and transforming it into the vision they had in their mind is such a rewarding achievement. Do you know what "flow state" means? This Alan Watts quote made me think of it instantly. It's that feeling of completely joyful focus in what you're doing. Some people say that time behaves differently from their perspective when they are engaged in this type of activity. I love getting into flow state when working on creative projects. It's so fulfilling to be working on something you're highly skilled at and feeling a sense of "Ah, I am supposed to be doing this. This feels right." Do you agree?
