Self Care Weekend • After a weekend of self care with a friend, writing out pros vs cons of who are the energy zappers in my life. I can confidently walk away & not feel bad. It doesn’t mean you don’t care about the person, but you care about yourself more! That’s most important.

What do you do for self care? Maybe going to get a mani/pedi, taking a walk, journaling? No one is going to care for you the way you take care of yourself!

Golden time of day! As a Stylist I do scout out locations for the perfect lighting times to take photos with clients. I have a phone app that I use but the natural eye never disappoints! You can see how the golden hour will cast beautiful natural amber light shadows (right side) & the left is a little darker lighting but still beautiful!
Always find the light when taking selfies or professional pictures!
