I’ve seen it over and over — a practice spending $3k–$5k a month on ads, leads coming in, but bookings aren’t where they should be.
So they blame the ads. Change the creative. Switch agencies.
But the real issue? When that lead Googles the practice name, what they find doesn’t build trust. Outdated photos. No recent reviews. A website that makes booking harder than it should be.
