The last time I saw Carol, we were recording content, laughing, and having the best time. And now she’s gone. 💔

Life is so incredibly short. I’m praying for her family and close friends during this unimaginable time. She will truly be missed.

People ask me all the time, “How many times a week should I post?”

I’m gonna answer this truthfully.

If you want to grow like a freaking turtle, post three times a week.

If you’re paying for ads, cool. You’re paying to get your content in front of more people without having to constantly post.

But if you’re relying on ORGANIC content to grow your business?

Post once a day.

People can argue “quality over quantity” all day long, but you can post an amazing piece of content and it still flop.

So you posted three times this week and all three flopped. Now what?

You had SEVEN opportunities to show up.

And if you’re still looking for clients, still trying to grow, and still haven’t hit your income goals, you have time to post because you’re not fully booked yet.

I said what I said.

Post the damn content.

Your biggest mistake might be thinking the people ahead of you have something you don’t.

They don’t.

They’ve failed.
They’ve embarrassed themselves.
They’ve questioned everything.
They’ve had posts flop.
They’ve wanted to quit.

And yes… they s**t too. 💩😂

Stop putting people on a pedestal and start realizing you’re just as capable of building the life and business you want.

You don’t need to be more special.

You need to stop counting yourself out and GO.
