But really… Swipe for the rest of my thoughts on AI content lately — and tell me yours in the comments.

I use AI too. And I’m still concerned about what it’s doing to the way we show up online and create content.

And I wanna know if I’m off on this or not alone… please share your take below!

How do we use AI while still maintaining our voice? Do you even want to watch AI generated videos from a selfie?? What’s your take?

I’m excited to hear from you guys.

9 completely random things I’ve been loving this April! 🥰 Books, freezer meals, home workouts, and a few things that have made mom life and work life feel a little lighter.

The quiche thing has been such a good habit for us lately. Comment “QUICHE” and I’ll send you the recipe. no opt-in, just the recipe straight to your DMs! It came from my friend Kristen and i make it constantly.

Everything else is linked in my stories today! (Or comment if you want a specific link - like that sunscreen and I’ll message you)

Do you love any of these same things?? Am I the last person on the planet to discover these tortillas? 🤪🤪 let me know!

“I literally cannot do my business and motherhood at the same time.”

I said that out loud just a few months after becoming a mom.

If you’ve ever felt that tension, loving your business but also wanting to be fully present with your kids, this episode is for you.

In this final episode of my “10 Years of Business” series, I’m sharing the real, unfiltered version of how motherhood has changed the way I run my business.

Just honesty about:
• What actually shifts after becoming a mom
• How your capacity grows (even when it feels impossible)
• And what I wish more people said out loud

If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or in the thick of balancing both… I think this will really speak to you 🤍

This is the episode I wish I had when I was two months postpartum, overwhelmed, and wondering if I'd ever feel like myself in my business again.

Because nobody really talks about that part. The part where you've planned well, you've prepared, and you still want your business to change. Where you're so in love with this tiny human that you don't even want to think about work... and then you feel guilty about that too.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing four ways motherhood has changed my business and three pieces of advice for moms who are in the thick of it. I hope me sharing helps you if you're feeling like you have to "do it all" too.

About 3 months after my first son was born, I looked at Adam and told him that I CANNOT do business and motherhood at the same time. And I meant it. I was overwhelmed and soooo in love with my baby, and I just wanted to be a mom. I did not want to think about my business at all.

Almost 5 years later, I’m still running the same business I started a decade ago and I have 3 kids.
Looking back, I wasn’t failing. I just needed time and space for my capacity to grow. And it did. (Yours will too.)

What I know now that I didn’t know then is that God calls you to something, and then He gives you the grace for it once it’s actually in your hands. You likely won’t feel ready until you’re already doing it. That’s been true for me in motherhood and in business, over and over again.

It’s also okay and extremely normal for your work life to change in big ways or small ways after having a baby. It’s normal for what used to work to not work the same way anymore, especially in business. So if you’re in that place right now, whether after 1 baby or 3, you are not alone AND you are not behind.

That’s what I’m talking about this week on the podcast. I’m sharing 4 big ways motherhood has changed my business, with before and afters, plus 3 pieces of advice for moms who are in the thick of it.

This is not a “how I do it all” episode because I certainly do NOT. 🤪 Just the real stuff that I think goes unsaid too often, and I hope me vulnerable sharing helps you in some way.

Comment “motherhood” and I’ll message you the link!

Imagine finding out you're pregnant in a hotel room in Arizona… two hours before walking on stage in front of hundreds of people.

That's just ONE of the moments I'm sharing in this week's episode of the Breakthrough Brand Podcast. 🙈

Episode 333 is a special one because I'm celebrating 10 years in business by sharing 14 pinch-me moments I'll never forget.

Come take a little trip down memory lane with me! 🎙️

🎉 10 years in business = a LOT of pinch-me moments.

This week's episode of the Breakthrough Brand Podcast is a special one. I'm walking you through 14 moments from the last decade that I will honestly never forget.

Some of them I've never shared publicly before, at least one involves Sara Blakely, and the last one still has me pinching myself today as I recorded this.

Whether you've been here since episode 1 or you're brand new, I think you'll love this one.

10 years ago, I started this business as a newlywed with a graphic design degree, zero clients, and genuinely no idea what I was doing.

This week on Breakthrough Brand, I’m sharing 14 pinch-me moments from that decade… things I’ll never forget, some I’ve never talked about publicly, and at least one that still makes me emotional just thinking about it.

I shared a sneak peek of 5 of them here (with the actual photo memories!), but you’ll want to go listen to hear all 14, including many special work trips, the craziest single day my business has ever had, and the moment I’m still pinching myself over right now.

Comment “PODCAST” below and I’ll send the episode link straight to your DMs! 🎉 and thank you for celebrating 10 years with me with all these themed podcast episodes!

🚨 It’s time to update your website copyright date! And, share this with a business owner friend who needs the reminder!🚨

You’ll want to format it as “Copyright © YEAR STARTED - 2026”. As an example: “Copyright © 2016 - 2026”.

📝 HELPFUL NOTES: 📝
◦ You can also do “© 2026”. That’s not legally correct, however, it’s still how some website builders automatically format it. ❤️

◦ This should go in the footer area of your website! And yes, some website builders (like Shopify & Kajabi) do this for you automatically. But, on platforms with more freeform editing like Showit and WordPress, you need to update this yourself.

◦ Alternatively, you can utilize code to make your text automatically update for you every year, BUT most people don’t do it that way…which is why I’m reminding you. 😉

◦ If you’re a podcaster, I recommend updating this in your podcast host settings too!

Both for legal reasons and from a marketing perspective, this shows that you’re an active business that isn’t just leaving an old website up from 2025!
