Tammie Valer Portrait + Music Photography + Video Services Tammie Valer began her photography career by taking snapshots of friends and family.

In high school, she began shooting with her first professional camera and creating themed photography projects. Photography became a creative pursuit that allowed Tammie to visualize her emotions and make sure valuable stories are heard. Since the first day she picked up a camera, Tammie knew she would spend her career exploring art. Tammie captures the essence of each person she photographs. Through creative lighting techniques, post production editing, and colorful styling choices Tammie ensures that each photo tells a story. For her, a photo project is not complete until a subject sees their vision come to life. As a queer, Latinx creative, Tammie knows that every person has a unique story. She uses her art to make sure each subject feels they are seen and heard; not just photographed. Tammie is most drawn to photograph creative people, some of her favorite subjects are musicians. She has a lifelong love of music and works closely with each artist to create memorable portraits. Her work has been featured in Billboard Magazine and Alternative Press Magazine. Music photography has taken her hundreds of miles from home and to historic venues like The Ryman Auditorium and The Wiltern. Her focus is to capture the moment behind the music and share candid portraits

When she’s not in the studio or on the road, Tammie spends time exploring new places and relaxing with her partner and fur babies.

Welcome to Part 2 of my Tiny Camera: Amazon Delivery Driver Chronicles! 📸 This time, I’m introducing you to another one of my buddies, Ryan! ✨

I asked him to pick a song, and he went with Survivor by Destiny’s Child. Why? Because it perfectly captured how he was feeling on the day I took these shots. 😆 Honestly, I think it sums up the delivery driver experience pretty well, too! 😂📦

Well, I did say I was going to start an Amazon Delivery Driver series with my tiny camera… so here we go! 📸

Meet my buddy Fred! He makes beats and bowls like a pro. 🎳🥁 I asked him to pick a song, and he went with “Fix What You Didn’t Break” by Nate Smith. Why? Because those guitar riffs make him want to learn how to play!

He puts up with me every week and lets me tag along while I navigate this injury, and I’m grateful 🙌🏻

My Americanafest experience this year was short, but certainly not lacking in excitement.

I only had two days to take it all in, and between personal obligations and an ongoing wrist injury, I had to pace myself. Still, I made the most of the time I had.

Americanafest continues to prove that you don’t have to see everything to find something memorable. And I certainly did.

My Americanafest experience this year was short, but certainly not lacking in excitement.

I only had two days to take in everything the festival had to offer, and while I wasn’t able to experience nearly as much as I would have liked, I made the most of the time I had.

Between personal obligations and an ongoing wrist injury, I had to pace myself this year. But if there’s one thing Americanafest continues to prove, it’s that you don’t need to see everything to discover something memorable. And I certainly did.

Last week was filled with adventure, cozy fall vibes, and everything I could possibly do to soothe my soul 🍂

I spent the week exploring Nashville with one of my best friends, who came all the way from California to visit. And honestly, this part of our trip was one of my favorite highlights.

Cheekwood is currently hosting Harvest Nights, and of course, this fall baby was completely in her element surrounded by pumpkins, autumn colors, and all the seasonal magic🍁

I’ve been keeping my Camp Snap Pro handy for little adventures like this, and I’m so glad I brought it along to capture these moments.

If this was only the beginning of my fall season, I can’t wait to see what else is in store ✨

I was digging through the archives recently and found myself stopping to ask, “Why did I ever overlook these?”

It’s funny how much your perspective can change with time. Sometimes, it takes years to look back at something and finally see what you couldn’t see then.

Now I can’t help but wonder how many other images I’ve overlooked simply because, at the time, I decided they weren’t “good enough.”

It’s true, we really are our own worst critics.

So, I’m going back through the archives with fresh eyes. I’ll be sharing more as I find ’em. ✨

I’m excited to share that I’ll be covering AmericanaFest for my side project/blog, Echoz In Frame! 📸

I’ve always loved music, but I especially love telling stories through photography and video. Echoz In Frame is my little corner of the internet where I get to combine all of those things; music, storytelling, photography, and a whole lot of love for the artists who create it.
