If you live for The NeverEnding Story of Multifamily and/or Jennifer McCoy’s social updates, this tradeshow booth was for you.

For the second year in a row, we teamed up with the Law Office of Jennifer McCoy for the GNAA Trade Show and leaned right into the One for the Books theme. And we couldn’t resist paying tribute to Jennifer's legendary tales on social media because- let's be honest, we’re all pretty obsessed with ‘em.

Visitors got to choose their side of the saga with a custom T-shirt or tote bag, and judging by how quickly they disappeared, we'd call that a happy ending.

A huge thank you to for another fantastic trade show and to everyone who stopped by to say hi, grab some swag, and share a few laughs with us.

We love this industry, this community, and events like these that bring us all together.

We’re honored to have our founder, Jenny McClain, featured by the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation during National Cancer Survivor Month.

One year ago, Jenny McClain walked away from her comfort zone to bet on herself.

What started as one person, a lot of experience, a little courage, and an unbelievable support system behind the scenes has become something far greater than anyone could have imagined.

Over the last 365 days, we've built brands, launched websites, solved marketing problems, trained teams, presented to groups, helped clients grow, won some, and certainly learned some. We've also had the privilege of working with some truly incredible clients who trusted and continue to trust a new company with big goals and even bigger dreams. And, somewhere along the way, Kudzu stopped being just an idea and became a dream team. Jenny Hicks and Amanda Polick have helped shape this company into something stronger, smarter, and more capable than could have ever been built alone.
