Must be able to lift 75+lbs
People skills/customer service skills
Steel toe boots

Preferred-
Some experience in laying vinyl
Some tech skills

What you'll be doing -
Building signage & helping in the shop
Hand painting signage
Using hand tools
Making cuts with a miter saw
Using stomp sheer
Shop clean up
Occasionally installing signage in the field

BOZMAN SIGN COMPANY IS NOW HIRING FOR JOURNEYMAN SIGN INSTALLER!

*COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experienced installer of Illuminated and Non-Illuminated Signs
• Experience with Boom & Crane Trucks
• Perform maintenance and repair to existing signs
• Complete paperwork for installation and service work
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
• Obtain completed work sign-off from customers
• Responsible for the safe use of all necessary tools and equipment

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean, stock, and maintain equipment
• Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned
• Comfortable working with heights
• Professionally interact with customers and fellow team members

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:
• On the job welding experience
• Proven experience in construction including operation of heavy equipment, crane, forklift and power tools
• Electrical experience
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
• Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities to meet critical deadlines, as well as working independently
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person
• Ability to operate telephone, scheduling programs
• Excellent basic math skills
• Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and the highest level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Valid CDL License is preferred
