But if the facility has a backlog of orders, or if you’ve chosen custom upgrades (like a fireplace or different bathroom layout), it could take a bit longer.

Another big question is: “When can I actually move in?” Well, that depends on a few things—like securing financing, preparing your land, and getting everything set up (including your furniture!). Here’s how you can speed things up:
