2 Gals and a Laptop is national real estate transaction coordination and listing management company supporting agents across multiple states - and we are growing.
We are a not a real estate team hiring support for our own production.
We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us, not just complete tasks. The right person has a can-do, how-can-I-help mindset, is client-focused, and is excited to contribute to building and improving a thriving business.
About the Role
You will support real estate agents across the U.S. with:
Transaction coordination from contract to close
Listing management from pre-listing through post-closing
Client communication and compliance support
Adhering to state-specific contracts and timelines
Various administrative and/or marketing tasks on occasion

Required Qualifications
Must have a Current & Active Real Estate License (required)
Must live in the United States (required)
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator for other agents, not your own personal production (required)
Experience working in Command, A-Frame (preferred)
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and timelines
Proven ability to work remotely and independently
Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems
Be committed to learning and following our proven TC system
Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
Must not currently own or operate a TC business
Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)

1099 per-contract role
