As a Press Operator, Jim runs a highly technical Webtron press, combining precision, problem-solving, and quality control to ensure every order meets the highest standards. He approaches every job as if it were his own.

After 32 years at Discount Labels, Jim still enjoys the variety each day brings and values the family-oriented culture created by our long-tenured employees and supportive management team.

Billie has worn many hats throughout her career, beginning in Manual Composition before expanding her knowledge through the Electronic Art and Process Color departments. For the past seven years, she has served as a Lead OS Supervisor, helping guide complex orders with care and precision.

Please join us in celebrating Angie Tucker’s 30th Anniversary with Discount Labels!

Angie joined our team in 1996 after moving to the New Albany area and quickly became an important part of our Order Processing Department. Within a year, she transitioned into Electronic Art, where her talent for learning and helping others stood out immediately.

Over the years, Angie became a trusted EA trainer and team lead, helping coworkers grow while supporting accurate, high-quality label production for our distributor partners. Her willingness to answer questions and guide others continues to make a lasting impact across our team.

For the past five years, Catherine has been an important part of our Order Services team, helping process catalog label orders with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Their ability to stay focused in a fast-moving environment helps keep orders organized and production running smoothly for our distribution partners. That reliability matters when customers depend on accurate orders and dependable turnaround times.

Catherine enjoys the variety that comes with the label industry and brings that same curiosity and steady approach to their work every day.
