We are currently experiencing issues with our Email server. Check here for updates.
Times are central-

Tuesday 23:15- service is restored. testing continues

Tuesday 16:20- about 1/2 of the sites have been restored. Larger sites with more data, emails, files are taking longer.

Tuesday 13:50- Restoration with no/minimal data loss completed on test account. Backing up current data to avoid data loss will require several hours. ❗ If you would like your most recent backup (1 to 2 months) restored regardless of possibly lost data (i.e. emails) contact us here or email [email protected]

Tuesday 13:10- one account was successfully restored from existing backup. All 2025 data was lost. Backups are running on other accounts and well be tested when complete attempting to maintain 2025 data

Tuesday 11:50- backups continue to run, while this is happening, we are testing a solution on select domains to test for functionality and monitor data loss

Tuesday 10:40- outbound email via webmail has been successfully tested

Tuesday 10:30- prior to attempting any resolution we are attempting to backup existing data to avoid any loss of files.

Tuesday 08:50- corrupted files have been identified, recovery solutions are being investigated.

Tuesday 08:30 – It has been noted that PHP/SQL databases are offline. Individual services and some websites are being intermittently affected as services and databases are backed up and restarted. DHEtickets.com is known to be affected.

REACH vs RESULTS
Meta makes it easy to boost a post and promote it for you BUT we advise AGAINST that in 9 out of 10 situations. Here's a quick A/B test we ran.

1 ad ran with a MetaAI generated audience, 1 ran with a targeted audience we created for the client. The MetaAI ad cost nearly twice as much and was seen by 47% more people BUT the targeted audience saw more results as far as clicks AND at a lower cost per click.

If you just want people to see your post/ad, MetaAI does great. If you want potential customers to act on your ad, targeting is the way to go.

It's been awhile since we covered one of these so let's jump in:
🚩1️⃣ Wrong logo for the brand
🚩2️⃣ They don't customize every "From" email address with the users name
🚩3️⃣ Did you make this dispute?!? No? Then don't respond to it
🚩4️⃣ Uh-oh, poor english a tip off
🚩5️⃣ Avoid the attachment

What should you do? Mark it as SPAM. Just deleting it as fine, but the more you mark these as spam, hopefully, your email program will begin to filter them.
