YOU don't need more tips on "how to film yourself"
YOU need someone to just DO IT FOR YOU.

Ready set post is just that. Once a quarter my team shows up with lights, cameras, microphones, and most importantly - scripts. Already written and approved beforehand.

We film 15+ videos, take lots of thumbnail photos - all over maybe half a day of filming.

You end up with 3 months worth of content literally ready to post. Need to do nothing else to it.

The 5th slide is a bit controversial in terms of what you need to actually have prepared for that day, but you'll manage.

DM if you want in for the fall quarter, I can only take on TWO additional clients maximum at the moment.

(Can we call them hashbrowns instead of hashtags?)

Our hearts go out to Shawn's family, friends, and the staff at BTB. We will miss your smiles and kind heart. ❤️

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Shawn Hoveland, owner of Beartown Bistro & Pizza Company.

Shawn was so many things to so many people. He had an incredibly kind and generous heart, along with a goofy, silly side that could always make you laugh - or, every now and then, roll your eyes.

He was passionate about the things he loved, especially Beartown, the food he created, and the life he built. He loved to write, something anyone who followed his weekly special posts certainly knew. He of course loved to cook, and above all else, he loved being a father.

This is a tremendous loss for everyone who knew and loved Shawn. We ask that you please give our Beartown family the time and space to process, grieve, and navigate the days ahead together. We will be taking things one day at a time, and Beartown will continue to stay open because it’s truly what Shawn would have wanted.

Please keep Shawn’s family, friends, the Beartown team and the community that loved him in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Shawn will be deeply missed. 🤍

EH HEMMMMM, Let me introduce myself — again.

I'm Brad Poirier, founder of Poirier Creative (formerly Bear City Impact). Eight years ago I started this work because I believed established businesses deserved better than generic templates, cookie-cutter websites, and marketing agencies that treat every client the same.
That belief hasn't changed.

Poirier Creative is a boutique creative studio built on artisan attention to detail and strategic thinking. We help hospitality, wellness, and construction businesses 1) build brands that command attention, 2) websites that convert visitors into clients, and 3) content systems that create momentum without the weekly scramble.

The name means something. Poirier is French for "pear tree" — a symbol of patience, cultivation, and quality that comes from doing the work right. The family motto is Oncques ne fauldray -> "Never Falter".

That's not a tagline. That's how we operate.

If you've seen the name change from Bear City Impact and wondered what's going on — this is what's going on. A refinement. A declaration. Eight years of work earning a name that actually reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.

I am fully dedicated to this work and these clients. Brand strategy. Web design. Content production. That's where my focus lives.

(I did open a portrait studio two years ago — and yes, it made me a better content creator for my brand clients. But that's a separate chapter.)
