We had a great time at Brand Innovators last week, with our GM Kristina Coughlin moderating a panel alongside Riot Games and Mastercard!

The conversation explored how brands can move beyond traditional marketing to build real connections within gaming communities, from immersive experiences to scalable partnerships that drive meaningful business outcomes. One of the biggest themes that came through was that success in this space doesn’t happen overnight; it requires patience, iteration, and a long-term commitment to getting it right.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of being deeply intentional in how brands show up, thinking end-to-end about the player experience, and tailoring every activation to the community it’s meant for. From global strategy to hyper-local ex*****on, the level of customization across markets is what ultimately drives authenticity and impact.
