Knight Manufacturing is a company created by students under the the leadership and investment of Dustin Lehman and the Technology Engineering Department of the New Glarus High School. The company is led by the CEO Casey Severson, and working directly under him are three managers,

The rest of the class work as skilled laborers, however the term laborer does not come close to giving justice to the many jobs and tasks they are assigned to do. The 2014 product line created by Knight Manufacturing will include handmade custom engraved Coasters (with holder/display) and Crates. These two products were voted on by the company to be produced, and therefore have created a sense of pride and perfection-seeking in each employee working. The main goal of our company is to stay community-oriented and hometown-pride driven. We buy local supplies from local businesses to create unique high quality products that can be bought and sold through local businesses. By building and selling a product, the students will learn skills that include planning and designing a product, talking to contacts, the financial end of business, and meeting set deadlines.
