What an amazing day at the Mystic Valley YMCA for our hands on cooking classes with Chef Tai Au. We hosted two full sessions, one for adults and one for kids, and both were completely booked. The energy, the laughs and the delicious dishes made it such a memorable experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to cook with us, and a special shoutout to PubliCreatives for capturing every moment so beautifully.

Chef Tai, owner of Bleu Ginger, The Spice Club, Pink Basil and our newest addition, The Spot, loved sharing his passion with the community. We cannot wait for the next one.

We were honored to open our doors for a special Open House hosted by the The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, your presence and support made the evening truly special.

This event was more than a gathering, it was a celebration of community, connection, and the shared spirit that makes Mystic so special.

What a day in Mystic! 🇮🇹✨

Today’s ribbon cutting for Cucina Al Pantheon was a full house, with over 100 members of the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce coming together to celebrate this incredible new addition to Downtown Mystic. The atmosphere was electric with laughter, clinking glasses, and the scent of authentic Italian cuisine filling the air.

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, and to witness the community show up in full support. Events like this remind us how strong and connected our Mystic family truly is.
