🚀 **Introducing The Impact Initiative by Swayco**
At Swayco, we've always believed that great marketing can transform businesses. Now, we're taking that same passion and investing it in people.
Today, we're proud to launch **The Impact Initiative by Swayco**—a pilot program created to strengthen businesses, develop future leaders, and build lasting community impact.
We believe that when students are given meaningful opportunities, nonprofits receive additional support, businesses help shape the future workforce, and our entire community benefits.
Our first initiative is a paid fellowship for a high school or college student interested in marketing. This fellow will work 25–30 hours each month, receive hands-on mentorship from the Swayco team, and gain real-world experience by working directly with our inaugural community partner, **Habitat for Humanity Amarillo**.
This is intentionally a pilot program. We'll begin with one student, one nonprofit, and one opportunity to learn, grow, and build something that can serve our community for years to come.
