It’s official festival season in New Orleans!

With so many festivals happening, it was tough to choose what to do but we packed a lot in.

This weekend in New Orleans we have the Italian fest, BBQ and Blues fest, Gentilly fest, and the fried chicken fest! And what perfect weather we’re having for of all!

New homebuyer grants, who dis?

Grants available for up to $8,000 for homebuyers meeting income qualifications. In my opinion the income is actually a pretty reasonable threshold that a lot of folks would fit in to.

You do not need to be a first time homebuyer, but you cannot currently own property. Grants can go toward downpayment assistance or closing costs. Pairing available with 100% financing.
