Two years ago, on May 10, 2024, Synergy Design Group officially opened the doors to our Tennessee office. From day one, we were fortunate enough to have four incredible people walk through them — and we have been grateful for them ever since.
Kerry — Office Administrator | Admin Aficionado - Kerry is the kind of person every strong team depends on. She keeps things moving, keeps people supported, and somehow manages to stay three steps ahead at all times. Outside the office, she brings that same creativity and passion into cosplay, Renaissance festivals, and epic D&D adventures.
Tim — Shop Supervisor & Lead | The Baker - From the beginning, Tim has been one of the steady hands helping shape what our Tennessee fabrication is today. He leads by example, takes pride in doing things right, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. When he’s not in the shop, he’s usually fishing or spending time in Memphis with his grandson.
Tyler — Warehouse Manager | The New Guy — Tyler hit the ground running and never looked back. He keeps our inventory tight and our operation running smoothly. When he's not on the job, you'll find him hanging out with friends, cheering at football games, or out playing sports.
Sam — Carpenter | Pops - Sam brings the kind of craftsmanship and life experience you simply can’t teach. With decades of contracting knowledge and Tennessee roots, he approaches every project with pride, grit, and instinct. Outside of work, you’ll find him restoring vintage vehicles, riding motorcycles, making music, or out on the water.
Four very different personalities. Three important roles. One team that helped make Tennessee feel like home from day one.
Kerry, Tim, Tyler , and Sam — thank you for the last two years of hard work, loyalty, craftsmanship, and heart. The Tennessee office would not be what it is without each of you.
