I was about to tell someone to open Canva for the hundredth time.

Load the image. Drop in the audio. Trim it. Export it. Download it. Upload it. Write the caption. Then do it all again for Facebook.

That answer is correct. It is also why most small business owners never make the video. Not because any one step is hard, but because there are eleven of them and you have a business to run.

So I asked Muse instead. Fifteen minutes later I had an animated reel with a voiceover and branded images, ready to post.

Today at 2 PM Eastern we are doing it live in our free Friday workshop. Bring one thing that happened in your business this week, and leave with a video ready to post.

Pretty amazed at what Muse can do right now.

Had a call about turning a voice recording into a video for social. Normally I walk people through Canva: load an image, add the audio, download the video, post it. It works, but it's a whole process.

Instead I asked Muse to write the instructions for doing it with AI. Easier and faster, not even close.

Then I had it make a Ken Burns-style video walking through those steps. A few tweaks later... pretty good.

Then I asked: can you generate actual video? Still very AI (no idea why my little guy keeps morphing) but honestly, not bad for 15 minutes of work.

Best part: I wrote this note and told Muse to post it for me. And here we are.

🤖 MUSE PROMPT OF THE DAY

Inbox at 200+ unread? Steal this prompt:

"What are the unread emails over the past week that I need to pay attention to? Client first, then others."

One sentence, and your AI triages the whole week, clients first and noise last. This is the exact prompt I use to start my mornings.

If this was helpful, follow for more, and share it with someone whose inbox is running their life. 📩

You do not need another dashboard. You need someone to tell you what happened and what to do about it.

Muse can create real files, not just chat replies. Meta lists spreadsheets, documents, PDFs and images among the artifacts it can generate. It also runs recurring scheduled tasks, and you can see everything queued up in an Upcoming tab.

So build yourself a Monday morning.

"Every Monday at 8am, give me a short report. Which of my posts got the most comments and shares last week and what did they have in common. Every question that came in more than once. Anyone who asked about pricing and never got a reply. Then tell me the one thing I should post this week and why. Keep it under a page."

That last sentence is the important one. Most reporting fails because it is a wall of numbers nobody acts on. Ask for a recommendation with a reason attached.

There is also an Activity log, which Meta describes as a chronological record of the actions your agent has taken and the permissions you have given it. Worth opening once a week. It is the only honest way to know what it is actually doing on your behalf.

Tomorrow: the setting that decides whether you can trust it.

Nobody searches for "comprehensive lawn care solutions." They message you saying "my yard is embarrassing and my HOA sent a letter."

One of those is ad copy. It is not the one you wrote.

Your customers have been handing you the exact language for years, in your DMs and in your comments. It has just never been in one place where you could see the pattern.

What I ask Bubba:

"Read my Facebook and Instagram messages and comments from the last 90 days. Pull the exact phrases customers use to describe their problem, in their words, not summarized. Group them by what they were worried about. Show me the ten that come up most."

Then I read it, and I stop writing marketing copy.

The headline becomes the sentence a real person typed at 10pm. The objection you keep answering in the inbox becomes the second line of the ad. The thing three people called "the smell" becomes a whole post.

To be straight with you: Muse is not plugged into Ads Manager. It is not going to build a campaign. This is you, using an agent to read what you already own, then writing better than you were writing before.

Tomorrow: making it report back to you.

Here is the line from Meta's own FAQ that changes how you should use this thing:

"When you ask Muse to do something, it keeps working in the background whether you're actively using the app or not."

Most people use AI like a vending machine. Ask, get, leave. That wastes the part that actually matters for a business, which is that it is still working while you are on a roof.

So stop asking it questions. Give it standing jobs.

"Check my messages and comments every morning at 7. If anyone is asking about a quote or a price, message me right away with their name and what they asked. Everything else can wait for the daily summary."

Now the lead finds you. Meta says reminders come through as messages in your conversation with Muse, and the agent comes back on its own when something changes or when it needs your approval.

The old version of this problem: a form fills at 8:40pm, you see it at 11am the next day, they already hired someone. Speed is most of the game and you cannot win it by checking an app more often.

Tomorrow: stealing your own customers' words for your ads.

The worst part of running a small business page is not writing posts. It is the same eleven questions in the inbox every week.

Meta connects Facebook, Instagram and Threads to Muse automatically if your accounts are in the same Accounts Center. You do not set anything up. And Meta's documentation is clear that it asks your permission before it does things like send a message.

That combination is the useful part. It can read and draft. You still hit send.

What I ask Bubba:

"Go through my unread messages in all of meta. Group them by what they are actually asking. Draft a reply to each one in my voice. Do not send anything."

What comes back is a stack of drafts, sorted. Four people asking if I cover their area. Three asking about price. Two real leads. One spam. I read down the list, fix two of them, send.

Twenty minutes of inbox becomes four minutes of reading.

One note: this connects to your own accounts. It is not a replacement for Meta Business Suite if you run a big Page inbox with a team. For a one-person business, where your account is the business, it is enough.

Tomorrow: getting told about a lead before it goes cold.
