Last week, Hedley & Bennett brought together nearly 200 chefs and culinary friends from across the country for the inaugural Cook Camp: a day of cooking, connection, play and, naturally, a few cold plunges.

Set at a summer camp in LA, the gathering offered a fresh take on the traditional hospitality conference, swapping panels and presentations for open-fire cooking, family-style dinners, tie-dyed aprons, capture the flag, and plenty of new friends.

As Founder | Designer | Author | Cook l Momma put it: “We talk about community; we talk about taking care of ourselves. Well, today, you don’t talk about it — you get to do it.”

And we did. ❤️

The pastries, madeleines, tarts and entremets are extremely hard to resist, as is LMP’s chic packaging. Located within Marcel 945 Madison at the historic Breuer building, La Mercerie Pâtisserie is open daily for takeaway.
