The Jiu-Jitsu School Growth Blueprint.

It’s the system I used to grow two schools past 400 students: the math behind your student ceiling, the front door that turns leads into intros, and the first 90 days that decide whether new members stay.

93 pages. 22 hand-drawn diagrams. Every script word-for-word.

If you’re a jiu-jitsu school owner who wants to take your school to the next level, comment BOOK and I’ll DM you the link to the digital edition.

Your school has a number it can’t break. 80. 120. 250.

You hit it, slide back, climb again. I did that for years, until I opened a drawer holding a foot and a half of cancelled member files and finally saw the math.

I’ve since grown two schools past 400 students. These are the 10 lines from my book I’d make every school owner read:

1. The one-line formula that tells you exactly where you’ll plateau
2. The rule that decides whether you’re allowed to scale your ads
3. Why “Call Now” is quietly costing you leads
4. The Facebook setting behind most junk-lead horror stories
5. The two follow-up texts that book intros while you’re teaching
6. How much to spend on ads when you’re starting (and what you’re really buying)
7. The one sentence to say at the door that stops intros from bolting after class
8. The real reason white belts quit (it’s not the price)
9. What your beginner videos should teach instead of techniques
10. The order to fix all of it (most owners do it backwards)

Swipe through, and save this for your next staff meeting.

Jiu-Jitsu school owners: If new students keep joining but your total member count remains the same, your school may have hit its student ceiling.

The math is simple.

If you have 100 students and lose 10% each month, you need 10 new students just to replace the 10 who cancel.

You can sign up students consistently and still finish every month at 100.

Spending more on ads before fixing the leaks makes every new signup work harder just to replace someone who left.

The Jiu-Jitsu School Growth Blueprint shows you how to:

• Calculate your current student ceiling
• Find the weakest point in your growth system
• Improve retention and reduce cancellations
• Fix your lead-to-member funnel
• Build a clear 90-day growth plan
• Know when your school is ready to scale its advertising

It is a 93-page digital guide created specifically for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA school owners who want a clear system for growing their school.

Instant digital access is $19.99.

Most Jiu Jitsu school owners try to fix everything at once and end up fixing nothing. Work these four questions in order and stop at the first NO. That’s your bottleneck.

I asked one of my clients who owns a Jiu Jitsu school why his intro conversions jumped. He flipped it on me and said he asks every new student why they picked his school. Same answer every time: the reviews.

91% of people check Google before they ever contact you. A single extra star can move revenue 5 to 9%.

So ask constantly. After intro classes. After belt promotions. After tournaments. Send the direct link. Walk them through it if you have to.

Second change: pre frame your intro students.

Most schools let someone take a class, then hope they hang around to talk memberships. That’s where you lose people. Class ends, they feel awkward, nobody told them what happens next, and they slip out the door.

Fix it before they step on the mat. Introduce them to the instructor, explain how class runs, then say this:

“After class we’re going to sit down together and go over membership options. If you like it, we’ll get you signed up.”

Now they know the plan. No confusion. No awkward exit. They’re already expecting the conversation.

Get reviews. Set expectations. Those two alone will close more students than any sales script.

I put together a free training that walks through how our School Growth Accelerator works for jiu jitsu school owners. Comment SYSTEM and I’ll send you the video.

Your Instagram page was never built to generate leads.

Most jiu-jitsu schools post constantly — class photos, techniques, tournament results — and wonder why none of it fills the mats.

Here’s what’s actually happening. When you post a technique video, the algorithm doesn’t show it to people near your gym. It shows it to people who like watching jiu-jitsu. Brazil. Poland. Three states over. None of them are driving to your school.

Organic posting isn’t your lead source. Paid ads are.

But almost nobody fills out the form on the first look. They go research you — and the first place they land is your profile. If all they find is content made for people who already train, they bounce.

So give them three pinned posts:

1️⃣ What to expect in their first class — am I fit enough, do I need experience, will I get hurt
2️⃣ Student testimonials — parents and adult students, in their own words
3️⃣ Techniques they can picture themselves in — escaping a headlock, escaping mount. Not De La Riva.

Same ad. Same ad spend. More people booking.

Most Jiu-Jitsu school owners don’t have a lack-of-opportunity problem.

They have a lack-of-clarity problem.

They don’t know what it costs to acquire a student, how much that student is worth, where prospects are falling out of the sales process, or how much poor retention is costing them.

Without those numbers, investing in growth feels like gambling.
Studio ProfitOS gives school owners the visibility they need to make better decisions, confidently invest in marketing, improve retention, and run their academy like a real business.

Most Jiu-Jitsu and MMA schools aren’t getting beat because their competitors are marketing geniuses.

They’re getting beat because the basics are inconsistent.

Ads get turned on and off.
Leads go cold.
Students stop hearing from the school.
Google reviews are left to chance.
Landing pages don’t convert.

The good news?

That means you don’t need 50 complicated strategies to pull ahead.

You need a few simple systems done consistently.

Run ads the right way.
Send weekly newsletters.
Build an automated Google review machine.
Send traffic to pages that actually convert.
Keep leads, students, and prospects engaged every week.

Most schools won’t do that.

That’s your advantage.

Most martial arts schools don’t have a lead problem.

They have a leak problem.

They can get people in the door…

But they don’t have a system that keeps new students bought into the journey after they join.

That’s where real growth starts to change.

Because once you’re trying to grow past 300, 400, or 500 students, you can’t rely on ads alone.

You need better onboarding.
Better follow-up.
Better milestones.
Better communication.
Better retention marketing.

Every student who stays longer creates more revenue, more referrals, and more momentum for your academy.

More leads are great.

But retention is what turns a busy school into a growing school.
