Our team designed and produced the entire experience, from conceptualization to installation, working closely with ās teams in Japan to ensure a seamless blend of cultural perspectives and creative vision. We bridged time zones, languages, and cultural nuances to bring the BALMUDA founderās vision to life, creating a truly global collaboration.
The atmosphere was carefully curated to evoke the warmth and tranquility of a traditional tea gathering, with a talented DJ spinning mellow, easy-listening tracks that perfectly complemented the sophisticated ambiance. The vibe was intentionally chill and relaxed, inviting guests to unwind and engage with the brand in a meaningful way. The music subtly shifted throughout the evening, mirroring the natural flow of a tea gathering and creating a sense of fluidity and connection among our guests.
The result was an enchanting evening of tea, cocktails, music, and inspiring conversation, all set against the backdrop of a beautifully designed environment that reflected BALMUDAās unique aesthetic.
