Unresolved Grief
Saturday belongs to Saturn.
Ironically, in many cultures it’s a popular day for weddings and celebrations—which is a bit like building a honeymoon suite on top of unfinished construction. But perhaps the divorce statistics are simply Saturn’s way of appreciating irony. 🙈
Because Saturn was never the planet of celebration.
It is the keeper of memory.
The guardian of grief.
The reminder that what remains unresolved does not disappear—it quietly follows us into the future disguised as patterns, fears, expectations, and emotional baggage we call “personality.”
Yes, Saturn speaks of duty and responsibility.
But first, responsibility to the inner world.
To acknowledge what hurt.
To grieve what ended.
To create boundaries with the past so it no longer dictates the future.
Because stability is not built by avoiding pain.
It is built by facing it.
And when grief is finally given a place to belong, something unexpected happens:
The future becomes lighter.
Not because life becomes easier,
but because you are no longer carrying yesterday into tomorrow.
