According to the 5-Year Pre-owned Business Aviation Market Forecast 2021- 2025, the UHNWI population remains a largely untapped market.

Just 12% of the world's UHNWI currently rely on business aviation solutions, and of that figure, those for whom ownership is the primary solution stands at only 18%.

Due to decreased airline services and increased health and safety concerns, business aviation has grown exponentially since the pandemic. As air charter, fractional ownership, and jet card offerings continue to expand, opportunities on this traditional ownership path will grow more rapidly. The recent growth of business aviation solutions has resulted in an acceleration in the process of becoming a business aviation owner.

In light of the predicted rapid increase in wealth among HNWI over the next five years, business aviation consumers will have even more reason to accelerate their owning of aircraft.

One of Paris' most upscale restaurants is coming to New York City!

When Caviar Kaspia opens its first permanent NYC location at the Mark hotel this fall, Americans no longer will have to travel to Paris to taste the iconic twice-baked, caviar-topped potato.

The new location will be the brand's fourth outpost. The brand also operates outposts in Dubai and Sao Paulo. According to the Robb Report, says there are also plans to open locations in London and Los Angeles.

A celebrity haven in Paris's eighth arrondissement, the chic restaurant on the Place de la Madeleine, first opened its doors in 1927 (the same year the building now housing The Mark was built). It will be a treat to be able to eat our favorite dishes without feeling jet lagged at this establishment!

Gismondi 1754

✨ The Design Award was given to Massimo Gismondi, Creative Director and CEO of Gismondi 1754, for the necklace, Raggio di Sole.

In production for over six months, Raggio di Sole includes 27.83 carats of pear-shaped white diamonds and 16.04 carats of fancy yellow diamonds.

In 2020 during the lockdown, Raggio di Sole was inspired over coffee as the sun rose behind the mountain peak at his Chalet in Valtournenche. His piece depicts the first rays creating a crown behind the mountain as they begin to illuminate the sky.

The global yacht market size was estimated at $8.15 billion in 2020 and is expected to reach $12.16 billion in 2028, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc.

The growing UHNW population is driving spending on leisure activities, including yacht travel. Over the last few years, the market for yachts has slowly grown as the disposable incomes of individuals have increased and individuals have become increasingly interested in recreational activities. To improve performance characteristics and customer satisfaction, manufacturers are focusing on luxury features.

With over 35% of the yacht market revenue in 2020, Europe accounted for the largest revenue share. The high share is attributed to increased yacht sales in the region.

The super yacht segment dominated the global market with a revenue share of more than 29% in 2020.

The 20-to-50-meter length segment dominated the yacht market with a revenue share of over 54% in 2020. Furthermore, it is expected to remain dominant over the forecast period.
