Harvest season is on the horizon in Paso Robles! 🍇

Members of the C&P PR and Digital teams recently headed to Paso Robles for a behind-the-scenes visit with our partners at J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines.

From walking the estate vineyards with Jerry and Steve Lohr, to exploring the winery and Paso Robles Wine Center, the visit offered a closer look at the people, place, and process behind the Certified California Sustainable wines we’re proud to support.

With an early harvest just around the corner, there couldn’t have been a better time to experience it all firsthand. Cheers to the J. Lohr team for having us! 🍷

We’re excited to spotlight Felipe Gonzalez-Gordon, CFO and Partner at C&P, whose insights are featured in Craft Spirits Magazine’s latest special supplement, Financial Intelligence for Volatile Times.

In his bylined article, “Banding Together: Coopetition as a Financial Strategy for Craft Distillers,” Gonzalez-Gordon explores how strategic collaboration can help independent distillers strengthen purchasing power, improve capital efficiency, ease cash flow pressures, and expand market reach.

The key takeaway: collaborate where it creates efficiencies, compete where it creates distinction. By working together on infrastructure and category-building, craft producers can gain some of the advantages of scale while protecting the liquid, brand, and customer experience that set them apart.

An elegant expression of the Tuscan coast. 🌸🍷

Ken's Wine Guide praised Frescobaldi's 2025 Alìe Rosé for its delicate balance, vibrant freshness, and refined minerality, highlighting notes of wild strawberry, lime, apricot, and a beautifully smooth, zesty finish. Crafted from Syrah and Vermentino, Alìe opens with citrus, rose, and peony aromas layered with Mediterranean herbs and a hint of sea spray, capturing the essence of Tuscany's coastal vineyards in every sip. Championing the wine industry has always been at the heart of what we do. 🍷

From building awareness for individual regions and brands to supporting category-wide initiatives like Come Over October and Share and Pair Sundays, we believe that collaboration is key to wine's long-term success.

In a recent interview with The Drinks Business, our Founder, Gino Colangelo, discusses why collective marketing, consumer education, and unified advocacy are more important than ever.

🍷 Amid all the headlines about industry challenges, this Wine Industry Network op-ed offers an important reminder: wine has always been about more than sales figures. It's about people, place, culture, and the moments that bring us together.

As communicators, marketers, and storytellers, we have the opportunity to celebrate the innovation, craftsmanship, and passion driving our industry forward. Sometimes the most impactful story is simply reminding people why they fell in love with wine in the first place.

A worthwhile read for anyone shaping the future of wine. 🍇
