Hello! Seeing a few new faces and thought it was a good time for a re-introduction.. ✨

Welcome! I'm Victoria, the owner of Brandhouse Studio. Based right here in Brooklyn 🙌🏼 When I'm not working, you can find me exploring the city or even traveling with the warm weather. 😊

I started freelancing during the pandemic after realizing that my corporate schedule didn't align with my creativity and flexibility. From there, I learned how to help build brands from scratch through design and intention.

My small team and I are a group of amazing and talented women that care about growing brand awareness, creating beautiful content, as well as building relationships with those that we work with. If i were to start my social media brand from scratch, here's a couple things i would say ⤵️

✨ I used to be super hard on myself on not being an "expert" before I felt ready to pitch businesses and apply for roles. The thing is, a lot of times, you will learn as you go, but as long as you have a creative ability to offer a service and deliver that, someone is willing to pay for help.

✨ The worst thing I ever did, was compare myself to others. This is a blessing and a curse and 100% how imposter syndrome kicks in. Seeing others in a role where you want to be is soooo motivating and fires up a hustle inside you, but at the same time can make you pull your hair out trying to rush to get there. It won't happen over night, so be patient, and just keep going.

✨ Plans will change, so you gotta know when and how to roll with the punches. The way i saw my business is different from the way things are now, but that's how it goes when time and systems fall into place. I think it's okay when the details shift a bit, but the bigger picture still needs to be the same.

Let's talk about running paid ads for a second..

If you're many other business owners out there, you're probably wondering if ads are even worth the money. Here's my take.. ⤵️

Not every business needs to run ads to be successful, in fact many think that doing absolutely nothing on social media and then pumping money in to ads will answer all their prayers but that's not the case.

There are a few key indicators that tell you when running paid marketing might be well worth your while.. for example, if you've been very consistent with you regular posting and organic engagement but you;'re struggling to grow - a new ad campaign might be the little push you need to get in front of a new audience,.

Benefits of paid advertisements include:
- more targeted reach
- increased brand awareness
- a guaranteed results (whatever that may be)
