In reality, we frequently give away our true power to others. Everything is our choice. We can constantly choose to keep making excuses and to always place the responsibility on someone or something outside of us and independent of us. However, at the end of the day, we have to deal with ourselves and our thoughts.
â What excuses are holding you back in your business?
â What stories have you told over and over again that keep you prisoner and stall your progress, preventing you from moving ahead?
â What limitations have you accepted as part of your own reality, so, you never have to push forth into discomfort?
đđđđ§: Dr. Margaret Bradley, a practical psychologist who coaches executives on performance issues, said: "In most organizations, 70% of operating expenses are in human capital. Excuses are major obstacles to success. They decrease morale, sap energy, lead to misunderstandings, confuse communication, and damage credibility."
