PLEASE SHARE: Multiple Reports out of the Rockaway’s of a man physically assaulting women. He was arrested once that we know of and is awaiting trial. However, he is currently out and about. He has been reported to have been carrying a knife in his backpack. PLEASE SHARE AND BE VIGILANT AND SAFE
