My name is Ksenia, and I am a photographer, graphic and web designer, artist, and nature enthusiast.
I was creating things since I can remember, so despite my long way to the design career, I have been experimenting with a lot of other artistic directions from theater decorations for student performances to acrylic and ink paintings.
Although I am pursuing an undergrad degree, I am a big believer in self education and constant professional and personal development. The real education in my opinion happens outside of the classroom and the only limit that you can have – yourself.
I have been a photographer for many years, but was always fascinated by anything print, from books to magazines, etc. But since we live in the digital world, I soon got interested in the web design and started learning about the web layouts as well.
I try to always learn something new and in very different fields. I get a lot of inspiration from art and nature. I believe that a good designer must be not only very creative, but also interested in lots of things to have a wide imagination. I love people and their stories, and I am an accessibility ambassador. I would love to be able to help make world a better place.
I have a completed Associate degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and now I am a senior in the BA Graphic Design and Media Arts with a Web Design concentration program.
I have also completed a UX design certificate program in 2020 and have been implementing the UX design principals into my work ever since. This knowledge can be applied not only to the web projects, but also to branding and print, because this program contained a lot of knowledge about the people’s perception of any information provided and the design research.
I’ve been a photographer for over 12 years now and love creating photo and video content for. I have a great experience of working weddings and other events, as well as doing brand photo and video content, and that helps my creative eye with the projects.
I am an independent learner that is constantly exploring!
