What does a Project Manager actually do at a growing agency?

A little client management.
A little strategy.
A little content.
A lot of coordination.
A lot of problem-solving.
And occasionally, picking up a cake in Midtown for a client celebration.

This was one day behind the scenes at our agency.

It’s not always glamorous. It’s definitely not 9–5.
But it’s what keeps the work moving.
