Keep in mind, their job simply should be to take qualified leads & close deals. The better the qualification, the happier the AE and the more deals they're likely close.
STOP requiring your sales reps to perform the marketing AND sales functions. You're setting them and yourself up for failure. Hire a Business Development Rep (BDR) to research and nurture your cold leads to qualification then align a handoff between the two.

Earlier this month, our team had the privilege of attending , both in person and virtually. We got to hear from a wide range of speakers that included HubSpot Co-founder Darmesh Shah, Former President Barack Obama and Dr. Jane Goodall. We learned some great lessons about community, productivity, and engaging an audience in a post pandemic world.
