This is a wayyyyy overdue share... 🙈📰
Have you ever laid awake at night with your mind racing, knowing the weight of everything rests on you?
Running the business. Scaling the business. Serving clients. Finding clients.
Managing the back end no one sees. The pressure does not clock out. It follows you to bed...
At the start of 2018, I hit a wall.
After nearly eight years as a solopreneur, I had built momentum, but not structure.
Revenue was growing, but my systems were not. I knew, deep down, I was not running my business the way it needed to be run.
If you want a visual of where I was at, I kept all of my business expenses and receipts in Vueve champagne boxes.
Yes, champagne boxes. If that does not scream help, I do not know what does....
What I needed was a fractional CFO!
💣ENTER ANTHONY!!!!!!!!
If you've met him, he is balanced, calm, compassionate, systems minded.
He stepped into my chaos and did not flinch.
Where I saw overwhelm, he saw structure.
Where I saw piles of receipts in champagne boxes, he saw solvable systems not problems.
He did not just “handle” the chaos. He reorganized it, engineered it, and rebuilt the financial and operational backbone of my business in a way that could actually support growth.
We worked together for five years, including through the weird events of 2020.
It became evident very quickly that Anthony had the capacity to balance a high level, full time career while simultaneously stabilizing and strengthening my rapidly expanding company.
But at a certain point, something shifted.
Anthony realized that working for someone else was not his life calling either. ❌
When you have an entrepreneurial spirit, it is difficult to ignore it for long.
In 2023, he made the decision to leave his full time career and step into entrepreneurship with me, not as an employee or consultant, but as a business partner.
After thirteen years of carrying the responsibility of entrepreneurship alone, I knew it was time to bring on someone who could share that weight. The right partner had been right under my nose.
It is important that our current and future clients understand the level of capacity Anthony brings into this partnership.
Anthony is a builder of high stakes outcomes, a systems strategist, and an engineer by training.
He has always been drawn to complex systems.
How they are built.
How they perform under pressure.
Where they break down.
What it takes to rebuild them so they hold over time.
His professional life unfolded inside architecturally iconic and culturally significant environments where decisions carry weight and the margin for error is small.
That trust was earned through an education in Mechanical Engineering and years spent operating inside complex, high stakes environments where systems either hold or fail.
He became known not for a title, but for how he thinks when complexity is high and visibility is unavoidable. He is calm, deliberate, and focused on protecting the integrity of the whole.
Much of his work was based in New York City, where he was an integral part of growing an engineering firm from six people into a global organization of more than 100 team members, with 12 offices across the United States, plus the United Kingdom and India.
That experience sharpened his understanding of scale, coordination, and what breaks when growth outpaces structure.
He led or played key roles in projects such as:
- David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City, a 550 million dollar transformation.
- The Shed in New York City, a 500 million dollar adaptive cultural venue inside Hudson Yards.
- The Museum of Modern Art in New York City, a 450 million dollar renovation and expansion. (MOMA)
- The Frick Collection in New York City, a 200 million plus five year renovation and expansion.
- The New York City Football Club stadium, known as Etihad Park in Queens, a 780 million dollar 25,000 seat MLS soccer stadium.
- Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side, a 2 billion dollar multi year modernization including a new expanded maternity hospital.
- The Orange County Museum of Art in Costa Mesa, California, a 98 million dollar new museum at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts campus.
Working inside environments like these teaches you quickly that success is not about force or speed. It is about timing. It is about knowing which decisions must be made now because waiting carries a real cost.
It is about sequencing, restraint, and holding complexity without letting it collapse into noise.
Over time, his way of thinking expanded beyond buildings and institutions.
He came to understand that intelligence alone is not enough.
Structure matters.
Environment matters.
Long term thinking matters.
His role, whether in business or health, is to simplify, connect, and guide.
He helps people make sense of complex inputs and establish the structure required to remain consistent, focused, and clear without becoming overwhelmed.
He bridges the gap where clarity breaks down, coordination slips, and momentum is lost.
Now, let me share one of our newest offers.... Empire Health. This was not a random expansion. It was, truly, a God moment.
Anthony did not come to health through business. He came to it through family.
He watched multiple generations of men in his family decline far too early.
Later, he stood beside his father through metastatic pancreatic and liver cancer. Sitting inside hospital systems he understood structurally, he witnessed outcomes that felt reactive rather than preventive.
The distance between managing crisis and building long term strength became impossible to ignore.
That experience redirected his focus.
Trained as a mechanical engineer, with more than two decades operating inside architecturally significant, mission critical environments, he had worked on major hospital systems, healthcare campuses, cancer centers, and large scale institutional projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Collectively, the capital programs he contributed to represent multiple billions in development. In those settings, complexity was constant. Systems either held under pressure or they failed.
The parallel became clear.
Human health operates as a system. It responds to structure, environment, inputs, timing, and coordination.
Most breakdowns do not happen because people lack discipline.
They happen because their system is fragmented. Information is scattered.
Providers are disconnected. Protocols compete. Momentum fades.
When his father became ill, Anthony immersed himself in root cause research and met with practitioners across Europe. He studied health through the same systems lens he used in engineering.
He rebuilt his own life accordingly. He eliminated alcohol. He restructured sleep. He trained daily. He prioritized whole food nutrition. He redesigned his environment to support longevity rather than deplete it.
He could not change the outcome for his father. But the experience clarified where he could be most useful.
Today, within our business partnership, Anthony brings structured thinking to complex business and healing journeys alike.
He does not diagnose or treat. He simplifies. He connects. He builds structure where there is confusion.
He helps individuals understand practitioner recommendations, organize inputs, maintain accountability, and protect consistency so progress does not collapse under overwhelm.
True health requires more than good intentions.
It requires integration, coordination, and systems that support the human being inside them.
For those responsible for building something meaningful, something with history, energy, and consequence, Anthony brings more than experience. He brings clarity and a steady
presence when it matters most.
For me, after years of carrying the vision alone, bringing him in as my business partner was not just strategic. It was aligned.
Today, Anthony’s focus inside our businesses is leading the back end with precision and foresight. He oversees operations, financial infrastructure, and the systems that allow everything to run cleanly and efficiently behind the scenes.
He has also built our AI systems and infrastructure, ensuring we are not just keeping up with the future of business, but building within it.
At the same time, he is leading the launch of Empire Health, the newest addition to our mastermind series, bringing his systems based thinking into the world of longevity, structure, and high performance health.
This is where his engineering mind, strategic discipline, and personal mission converge.
Anthony grew up in Toronto with Italian being his first language, spending his summers with his father in Italy. That foundation shaped his worldview early, rooted in heritage, culture, and perspective beyond one place.
After graduating from university, he made the move to New York City, stepping into some of the most complex and high profile projects in the world.
Now, splitting his time between all locales, including a home base in Newport Beach, California, his path reflects something deeper than geography. It reflects alignment.
As The Alchemist reminds us, “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
From Toronto, to Italy, to New York City, to Newport Beach, this is what true alchemy looks like. Not accidental. Not forced. But the result of following your passions, honoring your calling, and having the courage to build a life that reflects both.
This is a long overdue welcome and a long message, but painted to the picture of who Anthony is matters and he deserves all the recognition for all he manages on the back end... 🙏🏼Anthony you are appreciated by so many, especially me!! 🚀
