Last year we finally invested in a CTS (computer to screen) taking the waste of plastic film out of our process. It’s saved countless hours of searching for a folder with a particular design that is then scratched and we have to print a new one. Saved thousands of feet of plastic waste and best of all it’s enabled us to turn jobs over faster.

Maybe you’ve listened to my most recent rant on wofficial about how much it can hurt your heart when the efforts you’ve put in to a client don’t pan out (in any industry). It feels a lot like an unexpected break up but, we still hold strong to the backbone of our business. We share the same excitement as you with your project. We get hyped on products, design, color, inks and the discussions all the way to the end result. We’re not here to service we’re here to partner. Let’s go steady and get that project to 3rd base and if we’re lucky enough.. all the way home. 😉😘

The process of what we do is the fun part. But the hype of a happy client might be the best part. No matter how difficult or easy it can be to get to the end product it’s all about the hype. Have we brought merch hype to Hudson in the past 3 years?

Not a lot of people understand what goes into the process of custom decorated apparel. These hot days well into the 90°s can easily hit 100° in a shop. We’re doing what we can in the early hours of the day but you may receive responses from a laptop with our toes in the stream in the afternoons. In the meantime enjoy this BTS shoot of washing the wax away from a freshly exposed screen.
