💼 What We Need:
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Facebook Ads media buyer to partner with long-term. You’ll manage client ad accounts, build campaigns, and optimise performance. We're a small, growing team ,we value clear communication, accountability, and creative thinking.
✅ Your Role:
Build and launch Facebook ad campaigns from scratch (or optimise existing ones)
Write ad copy OR work with provided scripts
Create simple creatives (images or video) or guide our team on them
Test and optimise for leads, calls, or bookings
Report weekly on performance (simple Loom or Sheet)
🎯 Requirements:
1+ year of experience running Facebook ads (lead gen preferred)
Understanding of retreat/wellness audiences or ability to learn quickly
Strong results mindset , we care about performance
Able to communicate via WhatsApp and send weekly updates
Bonus: Experience with storytelling-based campaigns or wellness clients
