Dear Ones:
YOU MATTER! YOU HAVE BEEN RECEIVED!
When I opened my page and saw all the Birthday Blessings and Scrolled down listening deeply into each of you - my body, mind and spirit received you viscerally and I could sense myself smiling, filling with joy, feeling and accessing more than I have been able to feel this pass month. This was a difficult and challenging Birthday, as I am grieving deeply Susie's transition and each moment is fragile and new. The closest of sisters we would vie to be the first to wish each other Happy Birthday and always made sure even if the miles separated us the other felt the full impact of our Love for each other. I started my day yesterday replaying over and over the VM Susie left on my phone last year when I was in the shower and missed her early call...We spoke to each several times each day so there are now huge gaps where I have no where to go to hear that live embodied connection. And while Susie and I are now communicating in the ALL - this new language is taking some getting used to...I needed to let my anger go, to embrace this new birth...and feeling into your hearts has allowed me to access the glimpses of warming light on my bodymind. I am grateful - thank you. Human Kindness is the greatest gift and I implore you to gift it generously each and every day everywhere you can...With Love from my Heart to yours...Carol

My Dear Friends - Please do not allow the current "news" generated with the political divide immobilize you! Move your energy field in positive, loving ways. Here, a message from the subtle energy field as received by David Spangler... "Fear has a momentum. If you wish to halt and change its influence in this election, then you must do the work to provide a counter-momentum, one based on a positive vision of what is possible and a vision of trust and collaboration. To base all your efforts on eliciting fear of what will happen if the other Party wins is ultimately to serve fear itself, which in the end will only serve the turmoil in your lives and those who wish to destroy all that you have gained." So, turn off the news, get yourself out in nature. Hug a tree, swim in the ocean, watch the birds, hike a trail. As you are out in relation with others partake in random acts of kindness. Hold open a door, stop tailgating that slow driver, allow someone to go before you on the grocery line...or simply strike up a conversation, offer a smile, be in relation with a complete stranger. Its is just marvelous how these outreaches which appear to be tiny and small, connect the relational field that expands our humanity.... BE LOVE.

If you blinked you missed this month’s New York Fashion Week as it was primarily a virtual affair, with collections released via video or photo slideshows. I am not afraid to predict that those huge $$$ EXTRAVAGANZAS are and should be a thing of the past - something we learned in covid times is frankly a lot of emphasis on who is sitting front row rather than the fashion parading by.
