There are more than 300 million people worldwide living with rare diseases, but every patient’s journey is different as they navigate the complexities of their conditions and therapies.

Last night, we had the incredible honor of celebrating our Co-founder, Stephen Minasvand, at the MM+M 40 Under 40 awards ceremony. Stephen was recognized for his outstanding leadership, successful career journey, and impact in the design and healthcare communications industry. Although this is an individual award, Stephen would be the first to say that this honor truly is a testament to what can be accomplished when people with a shared mission—to be a design force for good—come together.

We are beyond proud to be part of a team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and purpose—and last night was a true celebration of those values.

Congratulations to Stephen and all the honorees! Huge thank you to MM+M for an unforgettable evening.

This past holiday season, we turned ugly into uplifting. We asked you to answer a few questions about yourself to create a customized ugly sweater—and WOW, you all delivered! And for each creation, we donated $10 to the Coat Drive—totaling $3,000 given to the cause.
