Our first summer Thump featured media confessions, surprise promotions, a light roast session, intern introductions, pigs in a blanket, a spritz bar, and a rooftop happy hour.

Some lessons were learned. Some sins were repeated.

Bingo, balloons, build-your-own billboards (future media planners in the making?), pizza, treats from our friends at Disney, stickers, custom NP merch, photo ops, new besties… and absolute chaos in the best way possible.

Safe to say our first Bring Your Kid to Work Day was less “take your kid to work” and more “let your kid take over the agency” - and honestly, they crushed it
