We built BodyByAI for DigitalDNA Labs: an AI fitness coach that adapts your workouts and meal plans to the person using it.

Everyone wants to "AI" right now. What we sometimes forget is everything it takes to make it actually behave! For us that meant grounding the model in real workout and meal data so it wasn't inventing exercises, building guardrails so it gave safe advice instead of confident nonsense, shaping its output so the app could reliably use it, and testing until it stayed consistent session after session.
That's the real work — less "prompt the magic box," more quietly engineering it until it's reliable enough to trust with someone's training.

Built in React, one codebase, iOS and Android. Scott Cimock led design; we did the build. Live on the App Store and Google Play.
