I’m heading to Orlando this September for a convention with the travel + business community I’ve been part of for the past year, and we’re staying in a GORGEOUS villa with a group of amazing women. 🥂✨

And somehow… I have ONE extra bed available in my room. 👀

Most people think they need a better offer to make more sales…

But the truth is, they need to understand why people buy.

Because if all you do is tell someone what your product is, what’s included, and what they get…

They might understand it.

But they won’t necessarily feel it.

People don’t buy because of features.

They buy because they can see the distance between where they are now… and where they’re trying to go.

Your job is to become the bridge.

There are four things people are always reaching for:

✨ Time
More freedom. More hours back. Less on their plate. Anything that gives someone back their time has value.

✨ Status
How they’re seen. The version of themselves they’re becoming. The life they want to step into.

✨ Relief
Something they’re tired of carrying. Stress. Pressure. Exhaustion. The desire to finally make something easier.

✨ Identity
The strongest one.
People don’t just buy the thing… they buy who they believe they become because of it.

That’s why one person can look at something and say “that’s expensive,” while someone else says “where do I sign?”

It’s not always about the price.

It’s about what that purchase represents.

Everything you sell connects to one (or more) of these.

The question is… do you know which one you’re selling?

I’ve spent my entire career in sales, and understanding buyer psychology is what helped me reach the top 1% of my company in under eight months.

Not because I had a different product.
