Here is how we were able to hit $1M in Revenues ๐
There isn't any special hack, strategy, or new technique, in fact, we've used a pretty simple structure ๐
- Simple Audience Testing Framework
- Simple Creative Testing Framework
- Simple Offer Positioning Framework
- Simple Scaling Framework
1. Audience Hypothesis:
We had done robust audience testing with good resources ie. $100 per audience with enough time & having just 1 simple audience Interest.
PS; Don't get us wrong there's a lot that goes into research & we don't blindly spray in the air.
2. Creative Hypothesis:
One audience was validated we were able to test creatives with a very simple approach.
1 Campaign 3 adsets (all being dynamic creative adsets) & each adsets with 3 to 5 creatives while segregating creative types into different adsets.
PS; The broad audience helped me in many Instances.
3. Offer Positioning Hypothesis:
When were able to validate audiences & creatives, it became super clear to test different hooks, angles, and variants based on customers buying behaviour and how our brand is positioned.
At a given moment we were testing 3 to 10 offers at the same time.
PS; Many offers, hooks, and angles won't work for sure but you have to be consistent in taking notes about what's working and what's not.
Note: The offer creation has its own framework on how we create offers combined as a team who inputs insights.
Simple Scaling Hypothesis:
We were simply scaling the winning campaigns with 20% increments ๐ after 24 hours & duplication of working audiences to 3 times with hyper spending to leverage results faster.
TIP:
When you've something which is working, Push it towards all the remarketing audiences and past customers.
ONE MORE THING!
2 years of effort have helped us generate about 1.5 Million customers into the CRM which takes our ROAS to the roof ie. 30X or more with even 1 right offer via email campaign.
LASTLY: You must be bored after reading this long post, we've tried our provenbest to keep it simple and short.
THE BEST THING: ourThe best thing you can do is test your offers on past customers and then go for prospecting ๐ก
