The most famous Botox offer:

$8.99/unit & $9.99/unit

This offer fills the door with leads. But the smart practices protect themselves while doing it.

Here’s how:

πŸ’‰ Limit the offer
Run the special price for the first 10 units only.
This gives patients the excitement of the promotion while protecting your margins.
Now they’re already in the chair, talking to your injector.

✨ Shift the conversation
If they ask for the same price on everything, make it human.
Then pivot:
β€œI can give you $X off this treatment.”
Now it becomes a conversation, not a negotiation.

The offer gets them in the door, but the injector keeps them coming back.

We do it a little differently. ✨

Not every marketing agency is built for the aesthetic industry and the wrong one will cost you more than just money. 🚨

Before you sign anything, ask these four questions. The answers will tell you everything you need to know about whether they actually know this space or are just selling you a package. πŸ‘€

If there's one thing we can say, it's: Don't skip the fundamentals.

Something we don't talk about enough: we say no to a lot of practices that reach out to us.

Not because they're bad practices. Because the timing isn't right and we'd rather be honest upfront than overpromise and underdeliver. We only work with practices that have the foundation, the budget, and the mindset to actually grow.

If you checked every box, we want to hear from you. Link in bio.

Save this for later.

We put together the blogs every medspa owner needs to get through the plateau and back into growth mode. From why your leads aren't converting to what the market actually looks like in 2026, it's all in the link in bio.

Your patients aren't thinking like adults when they're choosing a practice. They're thinking like kids.

And if your website, your ads, and your patient experience don't account for that, you're losing revenue you don't even know you're losing.

Here's what that actually means:

β†’ Children are impatient. If your site loads slowly or puts someone on hold for 3 minutes, they're gone. Speed is a revenue strategy.

β†’ Children are selfish. Every headline, every ad, every piece of copy should answer one question: what's in it for them? Write at a 6th grade reading level. Make the benefit impossible to miss.

β†’ Children want to be shown, not told. Stop saying you're the best. Put your before and afters front and center. Embed your reviews directly on your site β€” don't make them leave to find proof.

β†’ Children love prizes. A new client special (like a $50 gift card at a spend threshold) isn't discounting, it's an incentive to take action.

β†’ Children like easy. If reaching out requires a contact form with 8 fields and a date of birth, you're losing people. Remove every unnecessary step.

The practices generating the most revenue are good at removing friction.

Your front desk is going to hate this. But it might be the simplest thing you can do to recover revenue you're already losing...

Double dialing.

Call a lead once. Then call again immediately after.

Most people have their phones on Do Not Disturb during the day. One call gets silenced. Two calls back-to-back? The phone actually rings, and they pick up.

Google and Meta both do this. When we started noticing it, we looked into why. Turns out it works better now than ever.

Here's the full system:

β†’ Before you call, send a text with your practice name. iPhones will display it as a contact, which means they recognize who's calling before they even answer.

β†’ If you reach voicemail, leave a longer message than usual. It gives them more time to see who it is mid-screen and decide to pick up.

β†’ When they do answer, lead with it: "Hi [name], did our system just call you twice? Good, glad I got through." You control the narrative before they can ask.

That last part matters. Don't wait for them to bring it up and put you on the defensive. Own it immediately and move on.

Speed to lead is already critical in aesthetics. But if leads aren't even picking up, speed doesn't matter. Fix the pickup rate first. This is the kind of detail that separates practices converting 20% of their leads from the ones converting 60%.
