Sprouthouse began in 2012 as Polished Pig Media, a localized public relations firm headquartered in Charleston, SC. Over time, we have adapted and expanded both our footprint and our offerings to reflect the shifts in the marketplace. Today, we are a full-service agency of over 20 team members in eight markets, servicing clients not only in those cities, but also in many other communities we know

and love. But like the teams we work with, we’ve remained true to ourselves by staying nimble and connected, offering tailored tactics and strategic services that make the most sense for our clients.

While she prefers our clients to be in the spotlight rather than herself, we’re SO proud to shine the light on her today! In 2012 she started our agency with just a handful of clients (most of whom are still with us!) and a steadfast belief in herself. Today, she’s grown Sprouthouse—alongside growing her family—into a creative and nimble communications agency representing exciting clients from every corner of the country.

Since 1902, has been a cultural hub for Music City and after an extensive renovation to preserve much of the original design and detail, it will officially open again in 2025. 
Located downtown between 4th and 5th Avenues, The Arcade Nashville preserves 120 years of history with a restored and renovated space featuring 30+ restaurant, bar, and retail concepts—including local favorites like , , and ; and beloved newcomers like , , and . 
On the second floor, The Arcade Arts Program offers year-round programming and events (including a monthly art crawl) from local artists and galleries. Follow along to stay up-to-date on all the new tenant announcements, opening details, and more!

We love a milestone anniversary almost as much as we love a party. To celebrate and recognize the growth of Atlanta’s iconic Krog Street Market and its 10th anniversary, our ATL-based team coordinated an event to re-introduce local journalists to the food hall and the original tenants who have successfully sustained their businesses after 🔟 years.

This progressive media night at The Krog District gave writers a culinary passport, a ticket to explore the food hall and chat with participating tenants, and complimentary bites or cocktails. Not only did we all get quality face time with our media friends and clients, but we also got to try some amazing food!
