Sprouthouse began in 2012 as Polished Pig Media, a localized public relations firm headquartered in Charleston, SC. Over time, we have adapted and expanded both our footprint and our offerings to reflect the shifts in the marketplace. Today, we are a full-service agency of over 20 team members in eight markets, servicing clients not only in those cities, but also in many other communities we know

and love. But like the teams we work with, we’ve remained true to ourselves by staying nimble and connected, offering tailored tactics and strategic services that make the most sense for our clients.

Located downtown between 4th and 5th Avenues, The Arcade Nashville preserves 120 years of history with a restored and renovated space featuring 30+ restaurant, bar, and retail concepts—including local favorites like , , and ; and beloved newcomers like , , and .

We love a milestone anniversary almost as much as we love a party. To celebrate and recognize the growth of Atlanta’s iconic Krog Street Market and its 10th anniversary, our ATL-based team coordinated an event to re-introduce local journalists to the food hall and the original tenants who have successfully sustained their businesses after 🔟 years.

This progressive media night at The Krog District gave writers a culinary passport, a ticket to explore the food hall and chat with participating tenants, and complimentary bites or cocktails. Not only did we all get quality face time with our media friends and clients, but we also got to try some amazing food!
