Job Responsibilities:
β’ International Cold Calling.
β’ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to Global customers in a timely manner to sell our services.
β’ Maintaining Business relationships with Clients.
β’ Candidates should have the ability to make instant decisions and assist them further.
β’ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers.
β’ Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
β’ The ability to handle rejection and stress while soliciting customers.
β’ Receiving customer enquirers.
β’ Keep records of all effective tasks in our database (CRM).
β’ Must be focused on setting an appointment for future discussions.
β’ Any other work-related call marketing needs.
β’ Saving important client-related data.
Specification:
β’ Must have excellent command of English Speaking.
β’ Willing to talk and close sales.
β’ Target oriented.
β’ Hard-working and Ambitious.
β’ Willing to work on Friday night.
Educational Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
β’ English Medium is our preferred but not mandatory. If you can speak English fluently like native English speakers and have the ability to overcome any obstacles with instant decisions then you may apply.
Experience Requirements
β’ At Least 1 Year in any international call center.
β’ Priority will be given if you worked in any image editing company.
